Homework:
1) Read LOP, Ch. 88-89
2) Read through sample research paper and be prepared for a quiz on it
3) Type up your list of sources with all publication info in Works Cited format & be prepared to write on them during class (you will have to answer questions like "Why do you think your 3rd source is credible?" "How is your 2nd source relevant to your specific topic?")
Reminders:
1) COME TO THE LIBRARY 11/16 FOR CLASS.
2) If you decide to drop, Friday, 11/20, is the last day to drop the class.

ReplyDeleteI called the counseling office today and tried to figure out a good time to speak with them and they said that walk-ins start on November 23rd. But they are booked from now until then. I also told her that the majority of our class would need it for our paper but she said it wouldn't be possible to see a counselor unless it is a walk-in starting from November the 23rd.
Should this still be a special requirement? Because we only have a few days before turning in the paper. Also, it might still be hard to see a counselor because there will probably be a long line to speak with them starting that day.
